Positive Affirmations for the End of the Day
Inevitably, some days are just longer than others. Whether today was a good day or a bad day, I encourage you to take some time to think about the moments you experienced. Reflection is such a great tool in mental health, teaching us how to reduce stress and anxiety, while also highlighting blessings and little moments to show gratitude for.
In this episode, I help you highlight 3 positive things throughout your day which brought joy, meaning, or enrichment to your life. If you are working through a trying time, it can be difficult to highlight happier moments of the day, but research shows the more we make an effort to be thankful, the more thankful we become (without even trying!).
