Positive Affirmations for Your Morning

The way we talk to ourselves and the intentions we set are not only important for our mental health, but it’s an easy and effective way to influence our day. Research indicates positive affirmations in the morning can help with stress management, goal-setting, positive self-image, organization skills, increased serotonin levels, and decreased anxiety.

If you have never thought about setting intentions, I highly recommend checking out my short positive affirmations session where I walk you through 10 positive affirmations. No need to meditate or set aside time, in fact, you don’t even need a quiet space. Simply listen and find 1 or 2 affirmations you can relate to and try to associate them with your daily activities.
